I made this pendant from flame maple and it shimmers in the light. 
It has been through a lengthy refining process using 18 different emery grits to get it to its final polished and contoured shape.

The pendant is beautifully complimented by a 15″ Mother of Pearl and 14k gold filled beaded necklace.
The 6mm mother of pearl beads interspaced every 7 beads with 4mm 14K gold filled beads works well from an aesthetic point of view.

This piece is completely unique and has its own serial number – 105.

The clasp and all the findings are 14k gold filled. 

14K Gold filled is around 100 times thicker than gold plate and makes up at least 5% of the metal weight. As such it can, with care, last a lifetime.
