Dawn at Lagvag Point on the Mull

Dawn at Lagvag point on the Mull of Galloway

The Mull of Galloway is the Southernmost place in Scotland. It has cliffs over 200 ft high and is home to a variety of seabirds. Lagvag point is the furthest part of the Mull and looks East toward the Machars across Luce Bay. This shot was taken on an extremely dull day but the “window of magic” at sunrise meant the grasses were beautifully lit up and the Suns’ reflection on the rippled sea made for a great image.
